FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

It's completely normal
to have questions before
starting something new

This page is here to give you clarity on how the process works, what to expect, and whether this feels like the right next step for you.

Take your time reading through, and if you’re still unsure, the consultation call is simply a conversation to help you decide.

  • Coaching is a structured, forward-focused process designed to help you build stability, consistency, and confidence in your day-to-day life.

While therapy often focuses on diagnosis and deep emotional processing, coaching focuses on:

    • Practical tools

    • Accountability

    • Building routines

    • Moving forward in real life situations

Many clients choose to work with a therapist alongside coaching for full support.

  • This coaching is for individuals who are:

    • Transitioning out of rehab or treatment

    • Working toward or maintaining sobriety

    • Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or lacking structure

    • Ready to build a more stable, functional daily life

You don’t need to have everything figured out; just a willingness to show up and take small steps forward.

  • No, but you do need to be in a place where you can engage in the process.

Clients are expected to show up to sessions functional, present, and able to participate.

We focus on building stability, not managing active crisis during sessions.

  • Sessions are 60 minutes and structured to support forward movement.

Depending on your needs, we may:

    • Build routines and structure

    • Work through triggers or challenges

    • Develop coping strategies

    • Review your week and progress

    • Set clear, manageable goals

You’ll leave each session knowing exactly what to focus on next.

  • Start by booking a free consultation.

We’ll talk about where you’re at, what you need, and whether this is the right fit for you.

More Details

  • Sessions are typically held 1–2 times per week, depending on your needs and level of support required.

Consistency is one of the most important parts of creating real change.

  • Yes.

After each session, you’ll receive clear guidance on what to focus on during the week.

This may include simple practices, routines, or reflection work to keep you moving forward.

  • After your consultation:

    1. We determine if we’re a good fit

    2. I recommend the best program for your situation

    3. You receive clear next steps

    4. If you move forward, you’ll complete an intake form and begin

    There’s no pressure; just clarity.

  • That’s completely okay, and very common.

You don’t need to feel 100% ready. Most people start somewhere between unsure and hopeful.

The consultation call is there to help you:

    • Get clarity

    • Ask questions

    • See if this feels like the right next step

  • That’s part of the process; not a failure.

We don’t expect perfection. We work with what’s realistic for you and adjust as needed.

The goal is to build consistency over time, not pressure.

  • If you’re ready to create real change in your life; yes.

    This work is about building:

    • Stability

    • Direction

    • A life you can maintain

If you’re not ready to engage or follow through, it may not be the right time; and that’s okay too.

  • Results look different for everyone, but clients often experience:

    • More structure and routine

    • Reduced overwhelm

    • Increased self-trust

    • Better decision-making

    • Greater emotional stability

Progress comes from consistent effort over time.

  • Some clients notice small shifts within the first couple of weeks.

More meaningful, lasting change typically comes with consistency over time.

This is not a quick fix, it’s a process of building something sustainable.

  • You don’t need to be perfect, but you do need to be willing.

    This includes:

    • Showing up consistently

    • Being honest

    • Following through on small actions

    • Communicating when you’re struggling

That’s where real progress comes from.

  • Setbacks can happen.

This space is focused on helping you:

    • Regain stability

    • Understand what happened

    • Move forward without spiraling

However, this coaching is not designed for crisis management or active treatment-level support.

  • All sessions are held virtually through Zoom.

Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your session link and details.

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Missed sessions without notice may not be refunded, as that time is reserved specifically for you.

  • Yes.

Your privacy is respected and your information is handled securely with care and professionalism.

  • No.

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or professional treatment.

It is designed to support you in building structure, stability, and forward momentum alongside any other support you may have.

  • If you’re unsure, that’s okay.

Booking a consultation is simply a conversation; no pressure, just clarity on your next step.
